Peggy Lentz Obituary
Peggy S. Lentz, 62, of Fostoria, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024, at Fostoria ProMedica Hospital.
She was born July 19, 1961, in Fostoria, to Robert Garza and Ruth Honesto. She married John Lentz I and he passed away March 24, 2016.
She is survived by her father, Robert Garza Sr. of Texas; son, John (Angie Schoen) Lentz II of Bettsville; daughter, Amy Wikel of Fostoria; brother, Robert (Sue) Garza Jr. of Fostoria; sisters, Mary Jo (Judd) Roszman of Tiffin, Georgette "Cookie" (Jeff) Harper of Flint, Michigan, Marcy (Ric) Garcia of Bellevue, Melinda Honesto of Findlay, Marlena Elliott of Fostoria, and Jessica (Levi) of Tiffin; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Peggy was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Honesto; stepfather, Marcus Honesto; sister, Ruth Ann Walker; and brother-in-law, Jamie Elliott.
Peggy was a homemaker. She enjoyed painting, drawing, and listening to music. She also loved her dog, Max, and spending time with her grandkids.
Peggy's funeral will be 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, with Pastor Mark Self officiating. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to the family in care of Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria.
