Marvin "Butch" Crowe

Marvin "Butch" Crowe, 77, of Fostoria, passed away Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022, at Twilight Gardens Care Center, Norwalk. He was born June 30, 1945, in Springfield, to Grady & Virginia (Prather) Crowe.

He is survived by his four sons, Kenneth Muhammad of Springfield, Lamarr (Melissa) Crowe of Tiffin, Marvin (Angie) E. Crowe Jr. & Arlando Crowe, both of Fremont; four daughters, Nadine (Mark) Craddolph of Fostoria, Virginia "Maggie" Crowe of Findlay, Denita Crowe & Elizabeth (Chris) Burns both of Fremont, five sisters, Patricia Jones of Fremont, Jackie Williams of Columbus, Joyce Smith of Oakland, Califirnia, Tina Jones of St. Joseph, Michigan; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren & one great-great-grandchild.

Marvin is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Narvelous Crowe; a brother Chris Jones; a sister, Vivian Beal; and two grandsons, Andre "Boss" Crowe and Saalim Muhammad.

Butch worked at Terra Tech. and attended Higher Ground Church in Fostoria. He loved fishing, scrapping, and listening to music, especially James Brown. He was known for his homemade ice cream & his willingness to help others.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, 2022, at the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, Ohio, with Pastor Derrick Morant officiating. Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
