Joshua A. Brown

Joshua A. Brown of Hamilton was born August 15, 1984, in Fostoria, and passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025. He was a seven-year veteran of the United States Army and was highly decorated, serving in the Iraq War on Terrorism. Josh worked as a truck driver and will be sadly missed by his family and many close friends.

He is survived by his father, Anthony Brown; his mother, Brenda Wertz; stepfather, Jeff Wertz; two sons, Parker and Lincoln Brown; his companion, Crystal Hendrix and her daughters, Cora and Caiah; a brother, Kevin (Rachel) Wertz; a sister, Danielle (Kyle) Withers; special aunt, Laura (Brian) Williams; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Ethel Leisure.

Josh's celebration of life will be at a later date. Local arrangements by MANN-HARE-HOENING FUNERAL HOME, 407 N. Countyline St., Fostoria, Ohio 44830.
