Gene Logan Obituary

Gene A. Logan

Gene A. Logan, 93, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at The Heritage in Findlay. He was born November 10, 1932, to Wayne David and Pauline Mae (Kanzig) Logan. He first married Mary Lou Miller, and they later divorced. He then married Jane Spraggins, and they also divorced.

He is survived by his son, Patrick (Deb Donaldson) Logan; daughters, Brenda Miller and Becky (Leonard) Haaser; his love, Thelma Terry; grandchildren, Rachel (Richard) Huston, Shawn (Cassie) Ward, Brad (Lauren) Logan and Cole (Joy) Ward; 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Gene was a graduate of Fostoria High School and later earned his journeymen's card. He retired as an electrician at Mercy Hospital. Gene was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of VFW and Moose Lodge. He was an avid boater and motorcycle enthusiast. He also built and flew U-control airplanes and enjoyed fishing in Canada.

He is preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Rich Miller.

Funeral services will be private. Burial will be at Knollcrest Cemetery, Arcadia. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2026, at the funeral home.

Memorial can be made to Wounded Warrior's Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
