James Faber Obituary
James C. "Jim" Faber, 71, of Findlay, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at The Heritage in Findlay.
He was born March 4, 1954, in Findlay, to the late Norman and Janine (Lay) Faber.
Surviving is a son, Justin (Lyndsay) Faber, Fostoria; three grandchildren, Jordan, Jakob and Jarred; three brothers, Richard (Kathy) Faber, Fostoria, Jerry (Mary) Faber, Auburn, Indiana, and Dennis Faber, Palmetto, Florida; and a sister, Chris (Jeff) Sibberson, Luckey; and several nieces and nephews.
Jim was a 1973 graduate of St. Wendelin High School and member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church. Jim enjoyed mushroom hunting, drawing, and computers.
Visitation is 2-4 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2026, at HOENING & SON FUNERAL HOME, 133 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, Ohio 44830, where a Vigil will take place at 3:45 p.m. Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 2, 2026, at St. Wendelin Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Poggemeyer presiding. Burial will follow at St. Wendelin Catholic Cemetery. Following burial, there will be a luncheon and gathering in the parish hall at church.
Memorial contribu-tions are suggested to St. Wendelin Catholic Church.
