William Corbin Obituary
William R. "Bill" Corbin Sr., 67, of Fostoria, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, at his residence.
He was born July 11, 1955, in Trenton, Michigan, to Franklin and Daisy (Garner) Corbin.
Bill is survived by his children, Krista Corbin of Leipsic, William R. Corbin Jr. of Fostoria, Tina Ferrell of Findlay, and Gary Thompson of Findlay; grandchildren, Clae, Elizabeth, and Myah; and brothers, Jim Corbin, Randy Corbin, and Frank Corbin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tanjie Corbin; and brother, Victor Corbin.
Bill was a retired welder and musician, playing the bass guitar. He enjoyed watching cowboy movies, being outdoors, camping, and fishing. He cherished his friends and family and would always go out of his way to help other people. He will be remembered as a very loving person.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Mann-Hare-Hoening Funeral Home, 407 N. Countyline Street, Fostoria, Ohio, 44830. Bill's funeral will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor James St. Clair presiding. Burial will follow at Quinshan Cemetery, Gibsonburg.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the family's choice in care of the funeral home.
