Sherry Joan Reinhart

Sherry Joan Reinhart, 75, of Fostoria, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her husband and children Thursday, January 22, 2026, at The Willows at Tiffin.

She was born February 27, 1950, in Galax, Virginia, to the late Edward and Lessie (Martin) Cockerham. She married Jack Arthur Reinhart, May 30, 1970, at St. Wendelin Catholic Church, and he survives in Fostoria.

Also surviving are two children, Tami Marie (Brandon) Honse, Fostoria and Jason Allen (Dawn) Reinhart, Florida; four grandchildren, Tyson and Jaden Ogg and Alexis (Andy) Mullikin and Ashley (Paul) Hart; siblings, Linda (George) Gillespie, Georgia, Tim Cockerham, Arizona, Vicky Ferguson, Michigan and Cora Lee Nelson, Toledo.

Sherry worked at St. Catherine's Care Center in Fostoria as the admissions coordinator, retiring in 2008 after 32 years of service. She was a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church in Fostoria. What pleased Sherry the most was being with her husband, children and grandchildren and attending their extracurricular activities, especially ball games.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Willows at Tiffin and to the many medical staff members who cared for Sherry over the years.

Visitation is 10 a.m. – noon Monday, January 26, 2026, at HOENING & SON FUNERAL HOME, 133 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, Ohio 44830, where the funeral service will take place at noon with Deacon Paul Feasel presiding. A luncheon will follow in the funeral home reception area. Private family burial will take place at Knollcrest Cemetery.

Memorial contribu-tions are suggested to Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, Alzheimer's Association of Northwest Ohio Chapter or Heartland Hospice, Fremont.
