Richard Perrine Obituary

Richard D. "Dick" Perrine

Richard D. "Dick" Perrine of Fostoria, passed away Monday afternoon, September 15, 2025, at Bridge Hospice in Findlay, surrounded by his wife, Linda, and other family members. Dick was born January 30, 1949, in Tiffin, to Richard and Garnet Perrine.

He is survived by his wife, Linda, whom he married April 12, 1996. He continued to say he was a lucky man when he found her. Also surviving are daughters, Cass (Gary) Poole, Chris Hatzinger, Candi Molota of Fostoria; son, Christopher Perrine of Arcadia; and stepson, Jason Myers (Megan) of Columbus; two brothers, Steve Perrine (Jennifer) of Piqua and Al Perrine (Donna) of Tiffin. There are nine surviving grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Dick is preceded in death by parents; sister, Sharon; and stepdad, Myrle Moody.

Dick loved to travel, with Hawaii being his favorite place. He retired from the City of Fostoria and had a crafty side, enjoying the opportunity to learn new things. He will be greatly missed!

Funeral services will begin at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, with the Rev. John Musgrave officiating. Burial will be at Knollcrest Cemetery, Arcadia. Visitation will be from 10-11:30 a.m. prior to services.

Memorials can be made to Bridge Hospice in Findlay.

So sorry to hear of Dick`s passing. Even though we lost touch over the years I thought of him often and regret not attempting to contact him. We had so much fun bowling together and living right next door. My sympathy to his family.
