Norma F. Breech

Norma F. Breech, 80, of Fostoria and formerly of Wapakoneta, passed away at 10:37 p.m. Saturday June 3, 2023, at St. Catherine's Manor of Fostoria.

She was born Sept. 17, 1942, in Scioto County, to Emmitt and Dorothy (Armstrong) Osborne. She married Billie T. Breech on Aug. 31, 1960, in Portsmouth, and he preceded her in death Jan. 31, 2017.

Norma is survived by a daughter, Dottie (Toby) Colbert of Fostoria; daughter-in-law, Lou Breech of Fostoria; granddaughters, Randi (Ryan) Johnson of Temperance, Michigan, and Nikki (Jon) Laird of Bettsville; and great-granddaughters, Cami Laird, Erin and Casey Johnson, and Elijah Perin.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Garold T. Breech; and grandchildren, Joshua and Bridgett Breech.

Norma was a homemaker and member of Lima Baptist Church. She loved the Lord and was a faithful servant. She also had a passion for her pet cats.

Norma's funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday, June 9, 2023, at McKinley Funeral Home, 10562 US 23 N., Lucasville, Ohio, 45649, with Pastor Joe Nelson presiding. Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Scioto Burial Park, Rush Twp., Scioto County.

Memorial contributions are suggested to a local humane society.
