Louise Pardi Obituary

Louise M. Pardi

Louise M. Pardi passed away to be with Jesus on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023, at her home at Lake Mohawk in Tiffin.

Louise was born Aug. 19, 1938, in Centralia, Pennsylvania, and just celebrated her 85th birthday.

Louise grew up in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, with her parents, Al and Mary (Corinetti) Dulis, (D'Ulisse). Louise grew up as the oldest of five children.

She leaves behind her four siblings, Joanne and Joe (Krayeski), Albert and Gerri Dulis, Elizabeth and Vance (Bowers), and Judith Dulis, as well as her six children, Jeffrey Pardi, Paul Pardi, Justin and Lisa (Archual) Pardi, Mark and Karen (Scherger) Pardi, Matthew and MaryLynn (Huff) Pardi, and John and Janel (Walter) Pardi. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

One of Louise's first jobs as a teenager was as an operator for the phone company in Philadelphia. Louise (Dulis) met Pardo Pardi in Philadelphia and they were married in 1960. They began their family together in 1961.

They moved from Pennsylvania to Dayton in 1966 and then moved to Tiffin in 1969. Louise and Pardo were married for 44 years before Pardo passed away in 2004.

Louise was a faithful wife and mother. She was active in music with piano lessons and performing with the Kardiac Kapers. She won many tennis trophies and helped lead Tiffin Tennis Association. Louise was active in the school making costumes for musicals and coaching girl's high school tennis. She was an excellent seamstress and loved gardening. She worked as a secretary and paralegal for many years.

Louise put her faith in Jesus in 1990 and became involved in Christ's Church at Tiffin for the next 33 years. She loved Bible studies and hosting people in her home. She loved the Lord, her family, friends, and church.

Louise was 85 years old and died too soon. We love her and she will be greatly missed!

Louise's memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, at Christ's Church in Tiffin. It will be followed by lunch.

Please direct any gifts or flowers to Christ's Church at Tiffin, in care of Louise Pardi, 2586 W. U.S. 224, Tiffin, Ohio, 44883.

I only knew Louise for a couple of years, but l wish I would have known her longer. I played pinochle with her, Nancy and Carol. She was a lot of fun. She was a wonderful person. She will be so missed by so many. My funniest memory of her is when she insisted on driving to Nancy's. I only live a little over a mile from Louise, so she wanted to pick me up. I tried to get her to let me drive, but she insisted. Don't think she knew the meaning of complete stops or a speed limit. Iol lt was funny listening to hear other people's comments about her driving. l really enjoyed spending time with her in the brief time I knew her. Louise was so very special. My heart and my prayers have been with her family and friends. May Jesus keep you all close to His heart and wrap you all in His loving arms of comfort. With Deepest Sympathy and Love, Doreen Gaietto

Pardi Family: I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother, Louise. Living next door to your mom and dad at Lake Mohawk brings back so many wonderful memories. Your mom and dad and my husband, Bill, and I spent many times laughing and enjoyed each other's company. I am so glad I have these great memories.

Our hearts are so sad to read of your loss. We have many memories of fun times with your Mon and Dad in Tiffin and Louise was my tennis partner for years. Only our grandson“s wedding will keep us away from her memorial service. Take comfort that she knew she was so loved.
