Kathleen A. "Kathi" Aldrich-Burton

Kathleen A. "Kathi" Aldrich-Burton, 64, of Lima and formerly of Fostoria, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 23, 2023, at St. Rita's Hospital, Lima.

She was born Feb. 17, 1959, in Toledo, to Thomas and Barbara (Babb) Aldrich.

Kathi is survived by a son, Carl "Tony" (Crystal) Aldrich of Lima; grandchildren, Brian Howard and Ashley Williams; brother, Thomas Aldrich of Fostoria; sister, Cheryl Aldrich of Fostoria; loving nieces and nephew; and great-nieces and great-nephews that she adored.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Russell Aldrich; and sisters, Patricia Aldrich and Vicki Kau.

Kathi graduated from Lakota High School and earned her cosmetology license from Ohio State Beauty Academy. She dearly loved her family and beloved dogs (huskies were her favorite) Elmo, Neka, Muffin, Leza, DJ, Zeta, and Samantha. Kathi rescued many animals and fostered many dogs.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Friday June 30, 2023, at HOENING & SON FUNERAL HOME, 133 W. Tiffin Street, Fostoria, Ohio, 44830. A family luncheon will then take place at the funeral home. Kathi's graveside service will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at St. Mary's Cemetery, Millersville.
