Jack Jacob Mora-Francis, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Mercy Health -
St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo.
He is survived by his parents, Michelle Mora and Noah Francis; great-grandmother, Deb Boehler; grandparents, John (Mary) Mora, Dan (Heather) Francis, and Candace (Jeff) Wright; as well as aunts and uncles, Tera (Josh) Matz, Chris (Kalie) Mora, Chad Coppler, Jennifer Reinhart, Jessica (Bryon) Helms, Gwen (Gary) Howard, Becky Fike, Aaron Francis and Chase Francis.
Private services and burial will take place at All Saints Catholic Church, New Riegel. Local funeral services were handled by Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria.
Memorials can be made to All Saints Catholic Church, 39 Perry St., New Riegel, OH 44853.
