Freddie Waters Obituary

Freddie "Peanuts" Waters

Freddie "Peanuts" Water, 79, of Fostoria, passed away Friday, Oct. 27, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.

He was born July 12, 1944, in Smithtown, Kentucky, to Robert and Eva Waters. He was raised by his stepfather, Orlo Kuhn, who preceded him in death.

Freddie is survived by his daughters, Pagee Waters-Dyer and Lindsey Waters, both of Fostoria; and grandchildren, Marcus Waters-Lynch and Gabrielle and Nicholas Dyer.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Monte, Dan, and Morris Waters.

Freddie retired from Honeywell in Fostoria and was a member of American Legion. He loved going to the horse races, fishing, pool, bowling, and traveling. Freddie was an avid Kentucky basketball and Indianapolis Colts football fan.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria.

Memorials can be made to charity of the donor's choice.
