Traci Lynn (Hammond) Criss

Traci Lynn (Hammond) Criss, 53, of Fostoria, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, at her home.

She was born Oct. 20, 1969, to Cindi (Hammond) Lehmann. She married Joseph C. Criss on Oct. 11, 2015, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and he survives in Fostoria.

Traci is also survived by three children, Nick (Jenna) Beard, Breanna (Brandon) Seasly, and Dylan (Kayla) Beard; two bonus children, Alex and Logan; parents, Ken Combs of Tiffin and Tony and Cindi Lehmann of Sevierville, Tennessee; two sisters, Amy (Lindsay) Combs of Palmetto, Florida, and Sara (Ryan) Risner of Upper Sandusky; grandparents, Frank and Jeanette Tobin of Fostoria; stepsiblings, Jessica Martin of New Riegel and Les Lehmann of Tiffin; in-laws, Walter and Cindy Criss of Fostoria and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Norman Hammond and Ray Stahl; two aunts, Danette Keeran and Kim Albert; and two sisters-in-law, Cindi Criss and Carrie Bugner.

Traci first and foremost valued family. She was a beloved grandma to Knox, Wrenley, Henry, Caroline, and future baby boy on the way from her son, Nick. Her home was always warm and welcoming to anyone, friend or stranger. She loved anything antique and primitive and loved to shine and sparkle. Her heart was always with her family. She also loved to decorate and craft. If you named it, she could turn it into a reality. The Smokey Mountains were a favorite spot of hers and she loved to cook for an army and always had sweet treats. Traci loved to garden and plant flowers and listen to her music loud.

Visitation will be 1-4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, at Hoening & Son Funeral Home, 133 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, Ohio, 44830, where words of reflection will take place at 4 p.m.
