Terry Gibson Obituary
Terry L. Gibson, 71, of Tiffin, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 1, 1952, in Tiffin, to Donald L. and Patricia A. (Smith) Gibson. He married Cindra K. Norton on Aug. 20, 1977, in Tiffin. They later divorced and she survives. He then married Mary Ann Lyman on Jan. 11, 1986, in Tiffin. She preceded him in death Dec. 1, 1999.
Terry's survivors include a daughter, Alissa M. (Erick) Schuetz of Aurora; son, Adam L. Gibson of Olmsted Falls; grandson, Aiden C. Schuetz of Aurora; three brothers, Keith A. and Mark A. Gibson, both of Tiffin, and Gary L. Gibson of Fremont; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Mary Ann Gibson.
Terry was a 1971 graduate of Mohawk High School. He retired from American Standard of Tiffin in 2007 after 36 years of service. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, until the time of Terry's memorial service at 6 p.m. at TRAUNERO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio, 44883, (419) 447-3113. Private burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Convent.
