Dick was a very close friend of mine. I and Dick were both State Troopers and we worked near each other for several years when Dick was assigned to the Fremont Patrol Post. You could not ever find a more honest man than Dick. He spoke out what ever he was thinking and always treated every one who he contacted as he would want to be treated. He will be missed by many. RIP Richard.
