Richard Chapman Obituary

I just heard about Kevin's passing. Knew him way back when. We were just frienenemies, he from Heidelberg and me from Tiffin U. But, the guy was the best dancer ever back then. Dancing with Kevin always made my true love interest jealous. My sincere sympathaty to his family. It sounds like he ended up having a wonderful life.

I watched him play for many years and ended up working at Tiffin Center with him. He was a fun crazy guy who a joy to be around! Will miss you Chappy!

What a entertainer! Kevin was one of a kind. Jim &I always got the biggest laughs around him. HE will be missed. RIP Kevin. My Thoughts& Prayers to the Family.

Kevin was a tremendous athlete and mentor to the mentally challenged. His rushing record of 300+ yards at Fostoria High School stood for almost thirty years and his wonderful work with his patients at Tiffin State Hospital was wonderful. Rest in Peace Kevin!

ill never forget it was back in the bar days there was fight out front of a bar kevin went by seen me pulled over and come walking back down the middle of the street with his pants around his ankles one guy looked up and im outta here i know that guy and want no part of this

So very sorry to hear this. Kevin was one of a kind. Urban lived with him for a year in Tiffin. He was funny and always smiling. A legendary EX.
