Pamela A. Richards

Pamela A. Richards, 74, of Risingsun, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 30, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at Countryside Manor in Fremont. She was born March 9, 1951, in Fostoria, to Charles and Anna Rose (Huff) Woodruff. Pam married Michael Richards, October 12, 1984, at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Risingsun, and he preceded her in passing.

Surviving Pamela are her children, Shelly (George "Joe") Miller of Gibsonburg, Cindy (Dan) Marquis of Perrysburg, Curt (Kim) Richards of Pemberville, Greg (Jodi) Richards of Findlay; twin brother, Pat Woodruff; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Anna and husband, Michael.

Pamela was a 1969 graduate of Lakota High School and then worked for 30 years at Chrysler Toledo Machining Plant in Perrysburg. She was a former president of Retirees UAW 1435 and a member of Risingsun Fire Auxiliary. Pamela had a passion for cooking and catering, with chicken sandwiches being a specialty, and she enjoyed playing Blackjack and watching game shows. Annual trips to Las Vegas were always a favorite for her and her husband, Mike. Her greatest love in life, though, was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 6 p.m.
