Marjorie A. Wilhelm

Marjorie A. Wilhelm, 91, of Tiffin, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Willows at Tiffin.

She was born April 4, 1932, in Tiffin, to Henry and Marie (Hoerig) Anderson. She married John Wilhelm on May 14, 1955, at St. Joseph Catholic Church and he preceded her in death Jan. 24, 2003.

Marjorie's survivors include her sons, Denny (Linda) Wilhelm and Doug (Rose) Wilhelm, both of Tiffin; daughters, Janet (Bob) Coffman, Sharon Roach, Nancy (Larry) Seifert, and Carol (Chuck) Burmeister, all of Tiffin; brother, Richard (Madeline) Anderson of Tiffin; sister, Florence Parkins of Tiffin; 16 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Charles Anderson, Robert Anderson, and infant Thomas Anderson; and sisters, Mary Prindle and Helen Swartzmiller.

Marjorie was a 1950 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School and member of St. Mary Catholic Church where she volunteered and sang in the women's and mixed choirs. She was a big supporter of Calvert Catholic Schools, enjoyed volunteering at St. Francis, bowling at Knights of Columbus #608 for 45 years, playing cards, pinochle, casino trips, ceramics, playing Bingo, puzzles, and loved family get-togethers.

Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at St. Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Gary Walters officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 30 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will be at a later date at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, May 1, 2023, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio, 44883, (419) 447-2424.

Memorial contributions may be made to Calvert Catholic Schools or ProMedica Hospice.
