Irene Thomas Obituary
Irene E. "Tuddy" Thomas, 79, of Fostoria, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2026, at ProMedica Fostoria Hospital. She was born May 21, 1946, in Fostoria, to George and Florence (McConaha) Coleman. She married David Thomas, September 5, 1980, in Fostoria, and he passed October 12, 2006.
She is survived by children, Kelly (Chris Frias) Keckler, Karol Keckler, Grace Keckler, and Cody (Kristal) Thomas; stepchildren, Mary Innes, David William (Paula) Thomas, David Wayne (Paula) Thomas, Danny, Wayne and John Thomas; 11 grandchildren; numerous stepgrandchildren, great-grandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
Irene is preceded in death by her parents; husband; stepdaughter, Judy Oster; brothers, George, John "Pete" &and Gerald Coleman; and sisters, Edna Shank, Sylvania Scott, and Margaret Bump.
She was a homemaker, a former member of the Eagles. She enjoyed camping and fishing. She also loved to go to the races, garage sales, flea markets and casinos.
Funeral services will begin at noon Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, with Pat Weidner officiating. Burial will be at Fountain Cemetery, Fosortia. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-noon prior to services at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to Thomas family in care of Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, 301 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, OH 44830.
