Francisco "Frank" Gutierrez

Francisco "Frank" Gutierrez, 75, of Findlay, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center.

Francisco was born Dec. 3, 1947, in Durango, Mexico, to the late Manuel and Eloisa (Rios) Gutierrez. He married the love of his life, Maria E. Zamarripa, on Sept. 3, 1974, and she survives in Findlay.

Francisco is also survived by his children, Eva Gutierrez of Findlay, Adam Gutierrez of Findlay, and Lydia (Deon) Guillory of Grove City; granddaughter, Isabella; and siblings, Arturo Gutierrez, Gabriel Gutierrez, Leonadro Gutierrez, Andres Gutierrez, Miguel Gutierrez, Aristeo Gutierrez, Chole Gutierrez, and Lencha Gutierrez.

He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Carlos, Antonia, Pacholo Gutierrez and Carlos Maunel Gutierrez.

Francisco enjoyed watching boxing, wrestling, soccer, karate, going on walks, exercising, and was a lover of music. Francisco also enjoyed the simple things in life. He was a hard worker who would help anyone in a time of need. Francisco never met a stranger and was always friendly to anyone he came in contact with. Most of all, Francisco loved his family and cherished the time he spent with them, especially when they would have their family gatherings.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023, until the time of Francisco's celebration of life service at 12 p.m. at Hanneman Funeral Home, 201 Osborn Ave., Findlay, Ohio, 45840. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Francisco's memory to American Cancer Society or National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
