Elizabeth "Liz" Tyson

Elizabeth "Liz" Tyson, 44, of Wauseon, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023.

She was born Dec. 2, 1978, in Fostoria, to Daniel and Karen (Fetro) Tyson. She was a 1997 graduate of Lakota High School.

Liz was known for her sense of humor and sarcastic wit. She was a collector of antiques glass. She especially enjoyed being with her family and friends.

Liz is survived by her mother, Karen; and sisters, Amy (Jonathon) Puffenberger, Heather (John) Wonder, and Sara (Josh) Sauber.

She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel.

There will not be any formal services for Liz at this time.

Memorials in her name may be given to charity of your choice.

So sorry to for the passing of your daughter Elizabeth, Karen. Although I did not know her, Dan was a classmate of mine and a friend and I am sorry to hear of a loss to his family. My condolences.
