David M. Waldron

David M. Waldron, 82, of Carey, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 26, 2025, at his home. He was born February 8, 1943, in Fostoria to Melvin and Elsie Waldron. He married Joyce D. Arnold May 26, 1962.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce D. Waldron of Carey; daughters, Donna (Tony) Setliff of Hurricane, West Virginia, Shirley (Craig) Aldred of Phoenix, Arizona; sisters, Jeanie (Dan) Vitt, Diana (Denny) McDonald both of Fostoria; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, Sarah (Ryan) Smith, Kelsie Cooper and Kristie Pohlman; nephew, Randy Cooper; and great-niece, Alyssa Flinders, who shared his birthday.

David is preceded in death by his parents; sons, Michael and Todd Waldron; brother, Richard Waldron; infant brother, William Waldron; and nephew, Steve Folk.

David retired from Atlas Crankshaft and was involved in church services via Zoom. David loved hunting, fishing and woodworking.

There will be no public services.

Memorials can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Local arrangements were handled by Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria.
