Patricia Ann Hubbard (Branin), age 62, of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born on June 26th, 1963, in Millville NJ. at Millville Hospital, the daughter of Robert Louis Branin and Flora Hannah Young.

Patti was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, and mother. She found joy in her garden, in being outdoors, and in adventures like hiking and kayaking. She was an avid reader and loved a good book, especially horror, science fiction, fantasy, and mystery novels. Caring for others came naturally to her, and she had a special place in her heart for animals.

She is survived by her husband, John Hubbard; her children, Robert Parris (Carly), Christopher Wood (Ashley) and their daughter Taylor Wood, Elizabeth Hubbard (Sean), Jonathan Hubbard, and Jennifer Branin. She also leaves behind her father, Robert L. Branin; brothers, Steven Branin and Brian Branin; as well as several cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Flora Hannah Leach, in February of this year.

In keeping with Patti's wishes, a service will not be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the research for Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer, in her memory. Those who wish may sign the online guest registry at www.cannonclevelandfunerals.com. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, 770-914-1414.
