Nicholas Taylor Abendan, 35, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on August 14th,2025. He was born in Pensacola, Florida, on March 20th, 1990 to Charlene and Richard Abendan. He is survived by his mother, Charlene; his father, Richard; his brother, Michael Abendan; his aunts, Tammy Nichols, Marianne Watson, Jennifer Pacheco; and his grandparents. Manuel and Cellie Abendan. Nick is preceded in death by his grandparents, David and Nancy Harvell. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nicholas "Nick" Abendan, age 35, who left us too soon following a motorcycle accident. While our grief runs deep, we celebrate a life that burned bright with adventure, love, and an uncompromising spirit of freedom. As a young athlete, he was active in karate (in which he excelled), t-ball, and football with the same determination that would define his entire life. Nick was the embodiment of living life to the fullest. Whether he was jumping waves on his wakeboard, perfecting tricks on his skateboard, or feeling the wind rush past him on his beloved motorcycle, Nick approached every moment with great enthusiasm. The beach was his sanctuary, and the open road his playground, places where his free spirit could soar without limits. He worked hard in marine construction and commercial roofing. His work ethic was as strong as his desire for adventure, and he was respected by colleagues for his dedication. Music was Nick's constant companion, the louder, the better. He believed life should have a soundtrack, and his was always turned up to eleven. His infectious energy drew people to him, and he treasured the friendships he built through shared adventures and unforgettable nights. Nick's loyalty to his friends was unwavering, and his capacity for fun was legendary. Above all, Nick was a devoted son, brother, and dog lover. He is survived by his loving parents, Richard and Charlene, and his brother Michael, who will forever hold memories of his bold heart and generous spirit. His beloved dogs were his faithful companions, sharing in his daily adventures and quiet moments alike. Nick lived by his own rules, took chances others wouldn't dare, and yes, sometimes found himself in hot water because of it. But that same fearless spirit gave him a life rich with experiences, genuine relationships, and moments of pure joy that many never find. He believed that it's better to live one day as a lion than a lifetime as a lamb. Though Nick's journey ended far too early, his legacy lives on in every sunset at the beach he loved, every song played at full volume, and every moment his family and friends choose courage over caution. His free spirit will forever inspire us to embrace life's adventures and love without reservation.

We had an interesting start to our friendship and you became a good friend and worker. You were on your way starting your new company and I will miss working and hanging with you each day. I appreciated everything you did for me. Love you Nick!
