Marcia DeAnne Adair-Davis, 51, of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Marcia was born April 9, 1974, in Fayetteville, to Russ and Carol Adair. She was a graduate of Cape Fear High School where she played and helped coach softball. After graduation, she continued to coach the softball team as a volunteer and coached softball at Northwood Temple

Marcia loved music and sports and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan. She was an involved member of Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church where she sang in the choir.
She was the first grandchild of the Adair family and had a close bond with her grandmother, Edna. She loved to go visit and care for her grandmother in the Haymount Rehab Center, even up to Marcia's last hour on earth. Sadly, her grandmother Edna passed away two days after Marcia.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 11am to 1pm at Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church, 432 Hillsboro St, Stedman, NC, with Celebration of Life services following at 1pm. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Salemburg at 2:30pm.

From school to grown up life Marci has always been so supportive and inspirational to everyone. I´ll miss seeing her positive, funny, uplifting and cute Christmas sweater/top posts. Marcia was always so bubbly and fun at the office. She worked hard and loved her coworkers. She loved to play Candy Crush! I could hear her laughing and cutting up in the kitchen with everyone. Every afternoon she was on the phone with her children talking about their day. Marcia was a pure and joyful soul. I will always remember her with love.

My prayers are with the family. Marcia was always so sweet and kind when I would see her at Harris teeter. That kind and pretty smile and our brief conversations will truly be missed.

Look at the Lord!!!! You have been such a huge blessing in my life!! I thank God for the time he gave me with you! I´m going to miss you so much!! I know we don´t understand it and even want to be angry that your time was cut so short, but Gods timing was absolutely PERFECT. The more and more I look back I see him lining things up and preparing us all! I will love you till my last day here and I can´t wait to see you again one day. Fly high friend and rest easy!!
