Carol Jeanne (Nelson) Rodriguez, age 70 of Saint Robert, MO, passed away Saturday, August, 23, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

Carol was born December 20, 1954, in Denver, CO, a daughter of the late Dwight and Donna (Borden) Nelson.

Carol was a graduate of Lakewood High School in Denver and was one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

She had worked as a school bus driver and an in home health care giver.

Carol enjoyed, gardening, reading, antiquing, studying and talking to people about the bible.

Carol is survived by her children, Shanna (Pierce) Badger of Laquey, Mo, Shane (Melissa Baker) Rodriguez of Wellington, CO and Wolfgang Chad Rodriguez of Loveland, CO; grandchildren, Logan Fenninger, Trinty Romero, Damien Romero, Corban Rodriguez, Hudson Rodriguez and Kyson Rodriguez, her siblings, Lynn (Jay) Bybee, Charlene (Randy) Rathert, Dawn Nelson, Clay (Julie) Nelson and Catherine Nelson as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Carol will be held at 3:00 p.m. CST on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 25481 Mo-17, Waynesville, MO with Pierce Badger officiating and via Zoom.
