We would like to say the biggest thank you to Trinity Nursing Healthcare Facility in Logan, WV for the spectacular care that they took of mommy. She was a handful and they absolutely loved her, to us she was mommy, to them she was “wild Wilda” and “Ma”. A special thank you to Autumn, who always went above and beyond for mommy, no matter what it was. They loved our mother, and we are so thankful for that.

Most people knew our mom from Hardee’s in South Williamson, where she was the general manager for many years. She was great at what she did, she worked hard every single day at that job, and we were all proud of her. She won every award that Hardee’s handed out and was recognized every year!!! She ran a tight ship, and it showed just like she did her children.

Mom’s most rewarding job was taking care of daddy. Whether it would be sitting on the front porch together watching the birds come to the feeders or being downstairs sitting in the basement watching the deer and squirrels. Mommy loved him like no other. When she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Dementia, what a horrible disease this is and what it does to a family is so sad but, she never forgot who daddy was and he in turn never gave up on her even in his last days.

Now they are together forever, and she is no longer sick and has a brand-new body. You rest together now; we will take it from here.
