I am so sorry to read about the passing of Jimbo. He was a friend and schoolmate. Even though he was a year behind me we knew each other. He was always full of antics. He could make fun of his extra little finger and I don't recall him ever letting things get him down. I suppose I could day he was not just the class clown..he was the school clown. He was fun to be around.

This is Leo Hamilton, and I grew up in Gulfport, Mississippi, Jimbo is my Cousin, and a very Good Friend. Jimbo and I spent numerous Childhood summers together in Beaumont, Mississippi. Probably at least half of our summer time was spent at the Home of Uncle Jim and Aunt Fanny Lott where we spent hundreds of hours playing and roaming the woods and farm land with cousins Earnest and Hugo Lott, and Brinda Gale and so many other cousins from Beaumont. It is impossible for me to recall all of the adventurous activities in which Jimbo, other cousins, and I engaged. I can only tell you: Those Childhood Summers were a Very Special Time for me. I cannot imagine a more beautiful time in my Life. We eventually Grew Up, served in the Military, went off to College, entered into the world of Work, began Families etc. etc. Through it all, we maintained our Friendship, and maintained contact. As I say Good Bye to my Good Friend and Cousin, I want him to know that I will miss him, RIP, and God Bless Jimbo.
Leo Hamilton.
