Grace Antone Obituary

Grace Antone, 84, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of October 23rd, 2025, holding her daughters’ hand. Born in New York City, Grace spent most of her life in Bergen County, NJ, before moving to the Jersey Shore to be closer to her family.

Grace was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Antone and a devoted mother. She is survived by Kim Dowd (Marty), Jenifer Tricarico (Steven), and Jason Antone (Nicole). She was predeceased by her cherished daughter Tami Paglino (survived by Brian).

She was a proud and loving grandmother to Jessica Bandos (Bob), Nicole Leone (Peter), Rachael Busichio (Michael), Melissa Dowd, Joanna Paul (Steven), Natalie Dowd (Corey), Derek Tricarico, Luke Tricarico, Brooke Tricarico, and Amber Antone; and a doting great-grandmother to Jackson, Joseph, Blake, Peter, Mikaela, and Mia.

Grace’s life was defined by her deep love for her family, her unwavering strength and her lifelong devotion to those she loved. She found joy in life’s simple moments, especially time spent with her family and the visits from her great-grandchildren that always brightened her day. Grace took great pride in helping support her husband, Joe, in building and sustaining the legacy of The River Palm Terrace restaurants, a testament to their shared hard work and dedication. She loved cooking her Italian meals, trips to Atlantic City and she never turned down a friendly game of Scrabble. Her legacy of love, faith, and family will continue to live on through all who were blessed to know her.

Services and cremation were private and under the direction of Weatherhead Young Funeral Home of Brick.
